To install: Copy BasePath Software folder to your Program Files folder. Copy Albums folder to wherever you want to put your photo albums. Open Albumatic.exe Click on Edit on the menu bar and select Application Preferences. Click the Browse... button next to the Local Albums box, and browse to and select the Albums folder you copied above. Click OK. When creating a new album: Go to File > New > Album... Click on the Clone button and browse to the Albums folder you copied during installation. Browse to the Awana subfolder, then to the TO_CLONE folder, and select TO_CLONE.alb Give your album a name; you probably want to use one that will maintain a chronological order of the albums, such as "2003_10_29_opening_night". (Something that uses a year, month, day format on its front.) Click OK. Select all the pictures you want to include and click Open. Save the album and close Albumatic. Navigate to the Albums/Awana directory. Copy the header.htm file and paste it into the subfolder with the same name as the album you just created. Open header.htm with Notepad (or some other text editor) and change the text "Album Title Goes Here" to the title you want your album to have. Copy the folder containing the new Album to the albums folder of your Awana Website. Be sure your Awana website has an images folder that contains a JPEG image named album_default.jpg (this will be used as the image that displays on the initial page of the album). Upload the new album and create the new link to it in the Pictures List update page.
